Tumbling Classes

In addition to cheer and dance, we teach tumbling at our gym.  Whether you are a beginner or an advanced tumbler, we've got a class for you!


TUESDAYS, 5pm-6pm

Beginning tumbling:

This class is great for those with little or no tumbling experience.  

Tumblers will learn proper execution of rolls, cartwheels, round-offs and back walkovers.

 

 

WEDNESDAYS, 5pm-6pm  

Intermediate tumbling:

Minimum skills required:  Cartwheels, round-off, unassisted back handspring.

Tumblers will strengthen proper technique of standing back handspring. Introduction round off back handspring and back tuck.

 

 

THURSDAYS, 5pm-6pm 

Advanced tumbling:

Minimum skills required:  Standing and running back handspring series of 3 or more.

Tumblers will learn:  Standing back handspring tuck, layouts and fulls.
Running: Round off hand spring tuck, layouts, fulls and combination passes.
